Not only do external venetian blinds look beautiful on both contemporary homes and architectural offices, but their refined design is mirrored in their functionality. Remote operation gives you the ability to control every subtle shift of light and angle. Our venetian blinds are operated via Somfy remote control, which can adjust the angle of the slats, and the lifting and lowering of the blind. In addition to seamless remote control operation outside, external venetians blinds also provide ventilation, UV protection, and fingertip control over light, heat and privacy. They’re also proven to reduce heat gain by up to 90% whilst still permitting sufficient ventilation into the building.

Exclusive to SHADES is the ability to select from flat or rolled edge blades, wire or cable guides, and motorisation or optimisation. With over 30 blade colours available and the optional addition of a custom powder-coated head box, you’ll also benefit from the peace of mind of installation by a certified carpenter.
